
Meet the Director
Adam began his professional career in HR and recruitment at Marks and Spencer, where he joined their Management Trainee programme in 1997. Having worked as part of the management team of an M&S flagship store, Adam left his job as Assistant Personnel Manager to focus his career on recruitment, joining a specialist boutique consultancy in London.
During the course of the next ten years Adam developed his recruitment skills whilst working in partnership with multi-national companies including Johnson Matthey, GE Healthcare, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, British American Tobacco and Kraft Foods. Adam’s experience ranged from full Recruitment Process Outsourcing of graduate recruitment campaigns and retained advertising work, to international search and selection assignments for professionals with specialist skills sourced from highly competitive, global markets.
Adam’s experience has included search and selection of applicants from across the world to ensure that his UK based clients review and select the very best candidates available
